Delivery and Returns

Delivery Policy

We offer free UK delivery on all orders over £20. All orders for less will be charged a small delivery fee of £2.95. 

NOTE: UK delivery usually takes between 3-5 business days. Please allow 2-3 days for processing. 


BOHOme is not responsible for delays in shipping. PLEASE be patient during this time, Royal Mail are working tirelessly to deliver your packages to you.

Returns Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Due to hygiene reasons, all earrings are not eligible for return. The only exception is damaged earrings which is not a result of misuse or wear and tear. If your product is damaged in any way, please get in contact with the receipt of proof of purchase along with photos of the damage and we will offer an exchange or return where appropriate. 

To start a return, you can contact us at bohome.handmade.shop@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, you must send the item, in it's original packaging, by royal mail. We will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and correct it.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Earrings are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Please be sure to get in touch to explain why the exchange is being requested before retuning the item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
